How your data is protected: Your name, email, and message are PGP-encrypted in your browser before they ever leave your device. Only the encrypted ciphertext is sent to our server and stored in our database — your plaintext information never reaches our infrastructure. Our email provider (Resend) only receives a generic notification with your ticket number (no message content, no personal data). We decrypt messages locally on our machine using our private key, respond, and zero the encrypted blob after 90 days — the ticket number and timestamp are retained for internal tracking.
