How your data is protected: Your name, email, and message are PGP-encrypted in your browser before they ever leave your device. Only the encrypted ciphertext is sent to the server and stored in the database — your plaintext information never reaches the infrastructure. The email provider (Resend) only receives a generic notification with your ticket number (no message content, no personal data). Messages are decrypted locally using the private key, responded to, and the encrypted blob is zeroed after 90 days — the ticket number and timestamp are retained for internal tracking.
