Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period — 30-Day Voluntary Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. This is a voluntary policy in addition to your legal 14-day right of withdrawal (see §5 of our Terms & Conditions).

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective and the issue is not related to external factors (delivery, wear, etc.). We do not provide prepaid return labels.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • For Monero (XMR) payments, please provide a wallet address via our contact form so we can send your refund. Refunds are processed at the XMR equivalent of the original fiat price at the time of refund.
  • For card (Stripe) payments, refunds are issued back to the original card used at checkout. No wallet address needed.
  • Refunds may take several business days to process.

5. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Custom or personalized items are exempt (Art. L.221-28). See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

To initiate a return, send your order details (order number, item, quantity) through our contact form — your message will be PGP-encrypted before submission. We'll respond within a day. Return-related encrypted data is zeroed 5 years after resolution; order metadata is retained for 10 years per French accounting law.
